GUILLERMO DIETRICH (47), NATIONAL MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
Guillermo Dietrich graduated in Economics, has a postgraduate Degree in Negotiation at the Argentine Catholic University and an MBA with Magna Cum Laude at the IAE Business School of the Austral University of Argentina.
In 2009 he was appointed to join the Mayor Mauricio Macri as Undersecretary of Transport and Tra¬c. His management contributed to improve the quality of life of citizens through strong boost to public transport and to healthy mobility, transforming the city urbanization with emblematic public works as the Metrobus and Ecobici, which achieved international recognition.
Before his role as the head of Transport, Guillermo was CEO of Dietrich, a family business, one of the largest car retailers in Argentina. He was actively involved in union-business relations, and is a member of the Board of Directors of various NGOs that promote public policies and the development of political and business leaders; one of the most important organizations is G25, a group that seeks to encourage the participation of professionals in the public sphere.
He was also, founder of Autocosmos.com, a recognized automotive website in Latin America.
He is married and father of two children.

Pablo Aragone is a civil engineer, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires.
It has more than three decades of experience in engineering and architecture, with management positions in the private sector.
Currently, he serves as Vice President of the National Airports System (ORSNA) Regulatory Agency under the Ministry of Transportation and in charge of the development of infrastructure and airport services in Argentina.

Guillermo Fiad was born in the city of Dolores, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, on August 16th, 1966. He graduated as Civil, Constructions and Hydraulic Engineer in the National University of La Plata. He subsequently continued his studies and obtained postgraduate degrees in Business Administration and Economy from the University of Columbia (USA), IAE and ESEADE.
Before taking over as President of Argentine Railway Infrastructure, he held numerous executive positions and was part of the board of directors of several companies in the energy and agro-industrial infrastructure sectors. He was President and General Manager of Duke Energy Southern Cone, for over ten years. During that period, he was a member of the AmCham executive committee, Director of AGEERA and President of the Renewable Energy Foundation for Patagonia, among other business organizations. Prior to that, he worked in business, regulatory, technical and operational areas in companies such as Shell, Metrogas, NYSEG (USA) and Bank Boston.
He developed his commitment to social issues as he felt the moral need to improve the quality of life of people in his country. Consequently, since 2009 he has voluntarily worked to identify and attract talent with values and aim to serve so that they commit to entering the civil service with the great challenge of building a better country.

Currently is General Administrator of National Roads Direction, self-governing entity under the authority of the Ministry of Transport of the Nation, whose mission is to plan, design, tender and build the national backbone network maintaining and operating the existing net of roads and highways that now reaches 40,000 km.
The organization has 6,000 agents throughout the country, and a budget of around 2.3 billion dollars a year.
The challenge is to double the number of highways during the next four years, build 4000 km of safe routes and put in optimum conditions the rest of the network. As part of a long term transportation infrastructure plan, consolidating inside and outside the National Roads Direction four transcendent values: Honesty, Transparency, Teamwork and Professionalism.
